My son, who lives abroad, owns an apartment in Dublin which he has let to a tenant. I manage it for him, although I live some distance from Dublin. I recently telephoned Declan and asked him to draw up an emergency evacuation plan for the apartment and to fit some fire emergency equipment which was required by official regulations.

Declan showed that he is an expert in this field and did all the work on schedule and to a very high standard. In addition, his fees were fair and reasonable.
